  • Machine learning allows a system to “learn” from data by identifying patterns and using them to make predictions. In education, this can be seen in tools that adapt activities based on students’ progress. For these tools to work well, the data must be diverse. For example, if an AI learns to recognize drawings, it needs examples with different colors, sizes, or styles to avoid mistakes.

If the data is not diverse, AI may make errors or be unfair, which could affect some students more than others. Additionally, we must be careful with privacy: when using AI in the classroom, it is essential to protect students’ information.

Finally, I believe we can introduce these topics in primary education with simple activities, such as classifying objects or predicting patterns, so that students can understand how AI works in a practical and ethical way. How do you think we could integrate AI better into our daily teaching?
