Integrating STEAM into mathematics classes, which is the area I teach at my center, makes learning more interactive and relevant. We can have students use software to review the different content proposed in the area. Through the different projects we carry out at the center we try to link mathematical concepts with the resolution of real problems. Not only science, technology or mathematics can be incorporated into learning, art can appear when we try to have students design graphs or visual representations of data. In this way, students see how mathematics connects with other disciplines, strengthening their understanding and motivation.
